We make tasty, authentic dairy products with Jersey cows’ milk and natural ingredients in the heart of Devon.
It all started in 1975 when Peter & Carol started making yogurt on the family farm with the goal to create tasty, natural products using milk from the family’s Jersey herd. To this day we always start from scratch with Jersey cows’ milk, real food ingredients and authentic production methods.
Although we no longer keep cows ourselves, our milk comes from a local Jersey herd where the cows enjoy an extended grazing season (February–November). Our farmers are members of the Red Tractor scheme and maintain the highest levels of animal welfare.
We only use Jersey cows’ milk which we think is the absolute best with its high levels of protein and calcium. Our yogurt and ice cream are produced in small batches to preserve their natural structure avoiding the need for artificial stabilisers. All our compotes and sauces are prepared by hand in the dairy kitchen.
