It can be tough heading back to work after the Christmas and New Year holidays. The Christmas tree has been taken down, the festive music has been put away for another year and maybe some of those waistbands are feeling just a little bit tight…

But here at Stapleton we think January can be fun and that’s why we are running our January Facebook competition to win a whole box of our 400g low fat yogurts for your workplace.

Each hamper will contain twenty of our large low fat pots (Natural, Fig & Date and Prune & Date) accompanied by a good quality skipping rope for anyone who is feeling particularly energetic and in need of some post Christmas exercise! We will also tuck in some recipe cards to give you some yogurty based inspiration for wholesome fare!
